Why we ask for compliance review first

Our firm is affiliated with LPL Financial and follows FINRA rules for any client testimonial. Before your words are ever used in marketing, they go through two reviews: first our compliance team reviews the testimonial itself, then any marketing piece that uses it gets a second review. This protects you — making sure nothing you share is used in a way you didn’t intend — and it protects the public, by making sure every testimonial reflects a real, unpaid client experience rather than a paid endorsement. Submitting the form below starts that process; nothing here gets published without your knowledge.
